However, please compare the information here to the research into changes in public health law in the U.S. that Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt have been posting on Substack (see Brooke Jackson’s lawsuits, as well). Perhaps European or international law leaves plaintiffs more options, but it appears U.S. law was adulterated in its own way over the years to make legal action over EUA injections less straightforward.
