This landmark judgement confirms that qualified doctors in Malaysia are no longer shackled by wrongful interference as occurred during the Covid crisis.
In Australia, from 1 June 2023, prescribing of oral ivermectin for ‘off-label’ uses was permitted by General Practitioners. During cv19, GPs were banned from prescribing HCQ and Ivermectin at the risk of being de-registered.
In Canada, a commonwealth country which has done its best to shackle EVERYBODY, since we do have a young global leader as our PM, this judgement will hopefully prove to be very good news for us. We need all the help we can get!
And since Malaysia uses Commom law, it should have merit in other Common law countries such as the US?
Good luck with that, though, the US is good at applying its own laws beyond its borders (sanctions etc) but less good at respecting International law and Common law principles from other Common law jurisdictions, unless it suits an agenda! Which in this case it certainly does not.
Let's hope Malaysia doesn't follow the example of Germany and hand suspended jail sentences to the Appellate Court judges.
Apart from Malaysia, it would be interesting to know which other country can legally prescribe ivermectin.
The article mentioned "has relevance to all commonwealth countries" - would be great to have a list of them all. 🙏
Isn't the UK part of the Commonwealth too?!

Can a British GP prescribe Ivermectin for covid?
Stunningly good news!
