One of his first acts in office was to take away the winter fuel allowance from the elderly. He will increase state pensions next year by 4% leaving many elderly in a higher tax bracket that requires them to pay income tax. Astounding? Unbelievable? All of the above! I feel very sorry for Dr. fuellmich, however, things in the UK are looking very grim for the majority of peaceful honest, hard working citizens, young and old.

He is making the winter fuel allowance means-tested, so those who need it the most will continue to receive it.
