The most important word in this article is “could”. Given there is no desire to support the WHO at the consumer level coupled with the defunding of WHO by countries leaving the organization it is unable to function even close to its previous levels. All helpful in restoring sovereign govt health policy making the WHO for once and for all the very junior partner.
