Saturday is Universal Hug Day
The Universal Hug Day project was born from a place of love for each other and the world we live in.
Universal Hug Day
1 April 2023
The 1st of April 2023 is merely the launching point for the new project, Universal Hug Day. Over the course of the coming weeks, Universal Hug Day will turn the frequency dial from fear to love. The more hugs given, the more we will utilise the power of our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls.
Feeling a real hug from another human being is one of the most important forms of connection we can give to one another. Unfortunately, over the past few years, many authority figures and organisations encouraged us (and in some cases mandated) to stay 2 meters or 6 feet from each other. As a result of this and other measures, many people around the world have become isolated, disconnected, and depressed. It is the goal of the Universal Hug Day project to repair damage caused over the last three years.
While hugging may seem like a simple act, its effect on the body, both physically and mentally, is huge. Hugs release oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine. These natural chemicals help to lower anxiety, stress, and blood pressure. They also go a long way to improving the quality of sleep and aid in the regulation of the stress hormone cortisol.
According to MedicineNet:
“Hugs activate parts of the brain that control the nerve of the parasympathetic system (vagus). When this system is operating, we can restore energy, repair our bodies, and shift into a more balanced state. Combine the working of the parasympathetic nervous system with elevated feelings of love, compassion, and gratitude, together with the oxytocin and serotonin release in your brain during a hug, and it’s no surprise that a good hug leaves us feeling happy, relaxed, and content with the world.”
You’re invited to create your own Hug Event, no matter where you are in the world. Whether it be with a group of friends, your family, or your local community, this is an opportunity to get creative—connect with your inner child and your community, and have fun!
Check out this list of suggested events and get the hug-a-thon started:
Encourage participants to challenge friends, family, and colleagues to join the project and share their experiences on social media.
Partner with local charities to hold group hug events.
Create a “hugging wall” in local places of interest and workplaces where participants can post written messages of love and support.
Create a “hug-a-thon” contest that rewards participants for completing a certain number of hugs.
Learn more about the project and get involved by visiting Universal Hug Day’s website and following along on Telegram.
The World Council for Health is pleased to support this important initiative.
Please help support our work!
If you find value in this Substack and have the means, please consider making a donation to support the World Council for Health. Thank you.
Can’t donate but would like to contribute? We’re always looking for volunteers, so please do get in touch!
I only hope Universal Hug Day goes over better and with no violence than the threatened Trans Day of Vengeance that is planned for 4/1.
Dear WCH:
Please look at Dr. Ana's Newsletter Substack. Just now: Contaminated Food Supply Contributing Cause To Live Blood Analysis Findings In Unvaccinated? Darkfield Blood Analysis On Grocery Meat Products"https://anamihalceamdphd.substack.com/p/contaminated-food-supply-contributing?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
In other posts she shows with actual spectroscopy how our blood, including the unvaccinated, has hydrogel with toxic heavy metals that is self-assembling into microchip-like structures and tubules that grow rapidly in tiny electric fields, which include ubiquitous EMF fields--WiFi, 5G, etc. These are the large ropy blood clots being found in dead bodies.
And she has a protocol for treating them with EDTA and nutrients.
Tellingly, she reports that when these structures are grown from blood in a petri dish so that over time these structures appear and expand, they disintegrate when the dish is placed in a Faraday cage (a shield from all electric and magnetic--EMF--fields).
