I could not get any of the Covid Index links to work. I kept on getting "Secure Connection failure"
I'm on the Firefox browser. Any advice on how to get to the Covid Index since these links will not work for me? Thanks
Hi Martin. Firefox can be quite strict about security settings, and sometimes it blocks links if anything looks slightly unusual with the connection.
Some quick things to try:
• Open the link in a Private Window (this turns off extensions that might be blocking it).
• Check if you have any privacy/security add-ons running, as these can sometimes block sites by mistake.
• Try the link on a different network or device, just to see if it’s your browser or your connection.
• If all else fails, you can copy and paste the URL directly into the address bar, which usually bypasses the issue. https://www.covidindex.science/
