It is brutal work that the World Council for Health is doing. I greatly admire your ability to face up to the job.

I argue that any delegation of de facto legislative powers to the WHO (or anyone else) would exceed the legislative authority of the Parliament (or Congress) and therefore be legally void: https://michaelkowalik.substack.com/p/emergency-powers-and-the-who-pandemic

Thank you. Several suggestions. Wise People should confer and decide if they are helpful, or modify perhaps. 1. ChatGPT can be used to provide excellent translations into almost every language in common use on Earth, now. Your 45-page policy brief could thus be made available 'now' in a wide range of languages, and be as you intended. But it must be vetted with colleagues fluent in those languages assisting. 2. If you are connected to those who contributed to writing and or/editing and publishing: Turtles All The Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth --the same is true of that book. It could be widely disseminated in a very wide range of languages through use of this "large language model". Please note--as I hope is obvious--I am here taking a relatively narrow view of the use of this particular LLM (large language model). If one were to ASK ChatGPT about vaccines--it provides exactly the talking points of Big Pharma (this is what it has been "trained on"). Translations are entirely different. But it must be carefully vetted, both with your 45 page document and then also of course with that wonderful book. The word needs to be spread to all of humanity, but correctly.
