Reclaim Your Body, Mind and Teeth (and Get Rid of Convenience)
Is it not time to reclaim our bodies, minds and teeth? The road to our hell is littered with rocks that say ‘convenience’.
By Francesca Havens DPan
Do you remember the days of ‘Reclaim the streets’? Well, if only we had realised at the time that there was a lot more to human liberties than the streets.
Of course, we know now, and we know how: the cacophony of events in the last few years has woken us up and we can now hear the people that were telling us about the closing net decades ago. Indeed, were the streets not banned repeatedly in the last few years? And are supranational unelected bodies not threatening further bans? And are even local councils not actually physically establishing barriers in ordinary streets around the UK as we speak?
Can you see yourself in the mirror in the morning, quietly revising whatever material imperfection you have been told by the matrix to look out for, reaching for the ubiquitous, Pacific-Ocean filling toothbrush? Nobody told you that autochthonous peoples that stick to their original diets have no caries, did they? Why wasn’t that in your school books? Why isn’t that in your children’s schoolbooks?
Did then anyone tell you that when the same peoples started eating the white poison of bleached sugar, flour and oil from trader’s posts around the world, they developed caries? Did then anyone tell you that the children of those autochthonous peoples who were lured into the convenience of white poison were born with strange bone formations and crooked teeth? The once harmony and beauty of broad faces, wide jaws and perfect dentition receded into the distant past. Yes, you can well study your face in the mirror, and understand that what we call ‘beauty’ is another distortion of the truth.
The truth is that what we now call ‘beauty’ is simply health.
Health manifests as visual harmony and structural perfection in natural structures like the human face, or the eagle or coyote face, for that matter.
When we see the harmony of health manifested before us, we thirst after it, we want to own it and make babies with it, because we all lust after health and we are programmed to recognise it subliminally.
Whole industries are built on us ordinary humans lusting after health. The most healthy humans with wide, symmetric faces, and perfect dentition are draped, perched and propped in marketing scenes to sell anything from cars and toothpaste to milk, monkey wrenches and virtual money. In common parlance we have been taught to call it beauty and separate it from health, and call it ‘top models’, separating it from the ordinary folks with hundreds of years of industrial depletion of our divine, natural gift of symmetry and health.
We were told about this nearly a century ago, in the late 1930s, by an inquisitive Chicago dentist called Weston Price. He actually travelled all around the world to study the dentition of autochthonous people from the Orkney Islands, to the Swiss Alps, to the North American peoples, to the Cook Islanders, and anything in between.
He took photos and recorded the generations: Granny has perfect bone structure and teeth, and no caries. And no toothbrush, although she may have used a bamboo shard or a stem of liquorice bush to pick at her teeth. Her daughter has divine perfect bone structure and teeth, only there are caries, in the decades since the white poisons came to her natural realm. Her daughter’s daughter has a peculiarly distorted face, a slightly sunken nose, crowded teeth, her jaw is simply too small, and no amount of brushing with a petroleum-based plastic stick and bristles will change that.
So how do we view our now, peopled with the distortion that was once the exception to the rule and has now become the rule?
Is it not time to reclaim our bodies, minds and teeth? The road to our hell is littered with rocks that say ‘convenience’.
We have given over our divinely-inspired health and symmetry to the hungry ghosts of the corporate world, bloated dead entities that feed on our natural propensity to not use up energy when we do not need to. They know full well something we and our children are not being taught: the ancient human animal is genetically programmed to not dispense energy in case there is a famine around the corner, so we so easily fall prey to any device that seemingly will spare us energy, even when we are literally expiring under the grain and milk mountains, converted into the dead food that is destroying our health, symmetry and wellbeing.
We can make a difference, however.
We can choose the effort of love over convenience.
We can choose how we spend our energy wisely, spending all on healthful foods and activities, and nothing at all on what we accurately call ‘convenience foods’ and the hungry ghosts that prey on us.
We can expend energy learning what we need to and unlearning the concepts and vocabulary that have chained us in a false paradigm.
We can take what serves us from our contemporary world, eschewing the convenience, and work with the sweat of our brows to co-create a Better Way and return future generations to health and symmetry.

How lovely to see you here, Francesca!
I have long been aware of Weston Price’s research, and it was partly my understanding of the Big Ag-government collusionary lies about diet, nutrition, and the food pyramid that made me instantly recognize the familiar pattern in the COVID lies.
Switching from a vegetarian diet to a low-carb/high-fat diet (first Paleo then Primal/keto so I could add back dairy) a decade ago brought my CRP-hs inflammation levels down from high-risk to very low-risk while also getting my Hashimoto’s under control and burning off extra pounds thanks to ketosis.
I highly recommend a combination of intermittent fasting with a LCHF diet to reduce inflammation and fend off cancer, heart disease, and other Western illnesses resulting from the Standard American Diet (SAD).
What is now considered societal norms is not of our own making. We have been psychology manipulated so we can feed our overlords system.
