Collapsing Athletes: The Injection Connection

An important discussion between two heroic Canadian doctors—Dr William Makis and Dr Mark Trozzi. Why are so many young athletes collapsing?

Dr Makis has been analysing health trends following the distribution of Covid-19 jabs, and the conversation focused on the devastating impact of these shots on some of the fittest young Canadians—athletes representing various sporting codes.

From medical professionals to athletes

Dr Makis started investigating sudden deaths when he first noticed that many vaccinated doctors were dying unexpectedly, especially after taking the booster shots. Athletes have also been collapsing and dying on the field of play at an ever-increasing rate, with 2023 being the worst year so far. During that year, Dr Makis shared reports of more than 4,000 sudden deaths on social media. Ed Dowd and The Ethical Skeptic have also reported on a steady rise in all-cause mortality since the rollout of the vaccines.

Dr Makis has identified soccer, whether amateur or professional, and played by teens or adults, as “the most dangerous sport without question.” Runners have also been hit hard. This is likely due to the intensive cardiovascular demand of these sports, and the fact that the ‘vaccines’ cause both blood clots and myocarditis (inflammation and scarring of the heart muscle). When there is a sudden rise in stress hormones like adrenalin (as occurs during sport), this damage to the heart can prove fatal.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis is neither ‘rare’ nor ‘mild’ as official sources assert. Indeed, doctors warn that it is associated with a significant risk of death within five years. The scary thing is that this heart damage is often subclinical, meaning that there is no warning before the person collapses and dies ‘suddenly and unexpectedly’.

Heart damage in the young

Not many young people contracted Covid-19 because they have very few ACE2 receptors (to which the viral spike protein binds) in the upper respiratory tract. Sadly, however, the Covid ‘vaccines’ deliver billions of copies of the spike protein and its mRNA template all around the body. Heart tissue is very rich in ACE2 receptors and when spike proteins bind to receptors in heart muscle cells, the immune system recognises them as ‘foreign’ and attacks the cells.

Canada mandated the Covid jabs for young people over 12 years in May 2021. The unvaccinated were not allowed to participate in sports, and this contributed to over 80% of 12 to 18-year-olds receiving two shots of the adult dose. These active young people, who would probably never have contracted Covid-19, now face an uncertain future.

What makes Dr Makis’ research into the danger of the Covid jabs particularly poignant is the fact that he doesn’t confine himself to analysing the numbers—he also meets with many victims and their families. Witnessing the heartbreak of bereaved parents is where the true impact of this tragedy is experienced. Dr Makis reflects, “One of the great crimes of the pandemic is that they targeted children. There was no informed consent. It was all risk, no benefit, and countless children have been harmed.”

What can we do?

Dr Makis recommends two strategies to address serious health challenges following Covid injections:

1. Athletes should be proactive in getting screened for underlying cardiac issues; if necessary, get the cardiac workup done privately. “There is no price you can put on health and especially something like the heart,” says Makis.

2. It is important to detox from the spike protein and reduce the possibility of its long-term production. Dr Makis recommended various supplements and nutraceuticals, including:

• ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine that bind to the spike protein and prevent it from causing oxidative damage and creating free radicals

• enzymes such as nattokinase, bromelain, serrapeptase, and lumbrokinase that attack the spike protein

• antioxidants like vitamin C and n-acetyl cysteine (NAC)

• immune system support like vitamin D and melatonin

• taurine, an amino acid with anti-inflammatory properties specific to the heart

• plant medicines like olive leaf, blackseed (Nigella sativa), dandelion root, pine needle tea, and wormwood (Artemisia annua).
